Angel and Al offer a variety of classes listed below;
Sri Sri Yoga

"Both gentle and powerful integrating elements from the different paths of yoga, especially Hatha yoga, uniting the body, mind and breath in awareness. Here the wisdom and techniques of yoga are brought to you in a joyful and thorough manner, and covers a vast range from breathing techniques to various body postures (asanas) to knowledge and guided meditations. Sri Sri Yoga goes beyond the physical body and helps you sharpen your sensitivity towards more subtle levels of existence, leading to a full blossoming of the human potential."

Adult Yoga

A fun and dynamic yoga class, aimed at teaching relaxation techniques to help manage every day hassles, with a focus on breathing and stretching exercises. 

Core Yoga

This class is designed to build strength and awareness of the core.  The core relates to the abdominal muscles and the entire spine, and this class will also explore the emotional component of having core strength and feeling centred.

Iron Yoga - Ages 15 and up

This class is designed to be a full body workout and a great physical challenge. Many of the sequences use 10 pound weights and/or resistance bands to isolate specific muscles or motions. Powerful sequences are followed by various pranayama breathing exercises to slow down the heart rate and cool the body.

Sukshma Yoga

This class is inspired by Yogacharya Yoganandji Maharaj, a 103 year old Yogi with the flexibility and mobility of a youth. Sukshma Vyayam or sublte body yoga is an ancient system of simple exercises of “body and breath” presented in fun and joyful manner.

Tabata Yoga 

This is a challenging class that incorporates interval training and yoga to bring you out of the everyday hassles of life and to a peaceful mind. Be ready to work hard with the knowledge that your body will love you for it.

Youth Yoga - Ages 12-18

A high energy yoga class teaching techniques to help teens manage stress in their lives, with a focus on breathing, stretching and relaxation exercises. 

Children Yoga - Ages 5-9 or  9-11

A fun interactive yoga class teaching children breathing, stretching and relaxation exercises and games which will help them manage their emotions.  

Mom and Babies - Ages 0-11 months

This interactive yoga class is aimed at helping mom and baby reconnect to one another as well as release tension in the mind and body.  Moms will learn exercises to get their bodies back in shape.  This class will leave you feeling completely refreshed. It’s also a great time to meet other moms and babies in your community with an opportunity to socialize afterwards.

Mom and Toddlers Ages-11-24 months

A dynamic yoga class to assist with healthy development.  Interactive and fun for moms and toddlers, you will leave feeling energized and ready to take on your day.  

Prenatal Yoga

This class is designed to help soon-to-be-moms relax, connect to self and their unborn babies. This class will help prepare moms for the birth room by teaching breathing techniques as well strengthening exercises.
